Moses Lee Robinson, Jr. of Clinton, Maryland passed peacefully on September 21, 2012. Our beloved was born in Winston Salem, NC to Josephine P. and Moses L. Robinson, Sr. Moses was a 1972 graduate of North Forsyth High School in Winston Salem, NC, a loyal alumnus of Winston Salem State University (1976), and attended graduate school at Columbia University. He was a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Beta Iota Chapter of WSSU. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Leonora Robinson of the home; his mother, Josephine P. Robinson of Winston Salem, NC; four children: Carmen M. Robinson of Mount Rainier, MD, Moses Robinson, III of Clinton, MD, Elliott Steverson of Providence, RI, and Adrienne Steverson of Columbus, OH; two sisters, Olivia (Bobby) Summers and J. Debra (Darryl) Wilson, all of Winston Salem, NC; an aunt, Eliza Williams of Winston Salem, NC; a niece, Charis Ferguson of Rockville, MD; nephews: Bobby Summers of Winston Salem, NC and Tommy (Dakia) Ferguson of Beltsville, MD; several grand nieces and nephews; a host of relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Moses L. Robinson, Sr. and sister, Betty (Tommy) Ferguson.
