Penny passed away on August 5, 1996. Penny was 42 years old, having been born on June 14, 1954. She was married to Danny Parrish, and lived in Winston-Salem. Penny was laid to rest at Parklawn Memorial Park
Penny was a good friend -that i remember with joy.She and her family took me under their wing-to enjoy sleep- overs and a trip to the beach with a bunch of girls my junior year- i think .[Elaine Snell,Sharon Hill,Kathy Whitfield,Valerie Sharpe were some of them]. It was a blast!She was also in my wedding as a honorary attendent along with Elaine Snell.We had so many good times thru high school- I will always remember you !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Penny was such a beautiful young woman. I will always remember her as a thoughtful, quiet girl. I didn't know her well, but was so impressed with her beauty and elegance.
