Aaron Conrad

Mr. Aaron Lee Conrad, Sr. was born in Winston-Salem, NC on October 19, 1953 to Elizabeth Ann Conrad and Charles Eldridge, Sr. On Wednesday, April 11, 2018, Aaron unexpectedly transitioned from his earthly home to heaven. 

Aaron was a 1972 graduate of North Forsyth High School. Aaron was a member of North Forsyth’s 1971-72 NC State Championship football team and in 2009 he was inducted into the school’s Football Hall of Fame. He attended Forsyth Technical Community College, where he majored in Early Childhood. 

Aaron served proudly in the US Navy. He retired from RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company and later Lancaster Lab PSS. Aaron accepted Jesus at an early age. He joined Red Bank Baptist Church in May 1995. He served on the Deacon Ministry, Men’s Choir, the Usher Ministry, the Finance Ministry and as the Church Treasurer. 

Preceding Aaron in death were his parents; daughter, Lavettra Reddic; son, Aaron Lee Summers; sisters, Tjwana Jean Baldwin and Mary Morrison. 

Aaron leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife Katherine Conrad; son, Aaron (Tamara) Lee Conrad, Jr.; daughter, Tiffany (Ryan) Fuller; sisters, Adrienne (Allen) Speas, Barbara Conrad, Marcellette Roster, Beverly Eldridge, and Marilynne Singletary; brothers, Charles (Katrina) Eldridge, Reginald Eldridge, Marcus (Marla), Donald (Resa) Eldridge, Raymond (Angie) Eldridge, and Edward (Brenda) Eldridge; stepmother, Ms. Hannah Eldridge; uncles, James (Mary) Peterson and Jerry Peterson; aunt, Carolyn Williams; eleven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Aaron will be missed greatly missed by everyone who knew him and loved him.
