Mrs. Janet Kay Ayers Duggins, age 69, of Winston Salem, passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2023 at her home.  She was born on October 4, 1954 in Surry County to the late Dewey and Doris Davis Ayers.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will surely be missed by all who knew her.  

Left to cherish her memory are her significant other, Steve Trivette; daughters and sons-in-law, Erica Douglas (Chris), Brooke Weavil (Jarrod), Hope Ragan (David); grandchildren, Dakota Patterson (Hope Sharp), Evan Patterson (Hannah), Kayla Patterson, Charlee Douglas, Riley Douglas, Kinsley Trivette, Dillon Ragan, Morgan Ragan; great-grandchildren, Matthew Thomas, and Waylon Patterson.  

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 2:00 PM at New Home Church of Christ with service conducted by Bro. Tim Smith.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Saturday afternoon from 1:00 PM until the time for the service at the church.
